Presentation of the Participatory Diagnosis results in Ben Arous

After receiving the diagnostic sheets from the local NGOs, the Associative Action organized a meeting on February 5th, 2016 to present the results of the diagnosis to the members of the municipality and the local NGOs of Ben Arous

The table below illustrates the results of the Participatory Diagnosis for the municipality of Ben Arous:

As shown in the table, and for all  areas in the municipality of Ben Arous, the estimated total cost of basic infrastructure needs in investment  is equal to 21 348 672 TD divided as follows:

– the estimated cost of the needs in terms of investment in roads is equal to 3 023 815 TD

– the estimated cost of the needs in terms of investment in pavement is equal to 468 138 TD

– the estimated cost of investment needs in rainwater management system  is equal to 16 463 000 TD

– the estimated cost of the needs in terms of investment in public lighting is equal to 434 040 TD

– the estimated cost of the needs in terms of investment in embellishment of the city is equal to 402 679 TD

– the estimated cost of the needs in terms of cultural investment is equal to 207 000 TD

– the estimated cost of the needs in terms of sports investment is equal to 350 000 TD

The table also allows to present the results by zone (the municipality of Ben Arous was split in to 04 zones for the diagnosis).

After receiving the diagnostic sheets from the local NGOs, the Associative Action organized a meeting on January 24th, 2016 to present the results of the diagnosis to the members of the municipality and the local NGOs of Kef

The table below illustrates the results of the Participatory Diagnosis for the municipality of Kef:

As shown in the table, and for all  areas in the municipality of Kef, the estimated total cost of basic infrastructure needs in investment  is equal to 21 626 937 TD divided as follows:

– the estimated cost of the needs in terms of investment in roads is equal to 11 090 020 TD

– the estimated cost of the needs in terms of investment in pavement is equal to 4 712 880 TD

– the estimated cost of investment needs in rainwater management system  is equal to 3 200 000 TD

– the estimated cost of the needs in terms of investment in public lighting is equal to  1 495 028 TD

– the estimated cost of the needs in terms of investment in embellishment of the city is equal to 343 009 TD

– the estimated cost of the needs in terms of cultural investment is equal to 86 000 TD

– the estimated cost of the needs in terms of sports investment is equal to 700 000 TD

The table also allows to present the results by zone (the municipality of Kef was split in to 10 zones for the diagnosis).

After receiving the diagnostic sheets from the local NGOs, the Associative Action organized a meeting on February 18th, 2016 to present the results of the diagnosis to the members of the municipality and the local NGOs of Sbeitla

The table below illustrates the results of the Participatory Diagnosis for the municipality of Sbeitla:

As shown in the table, and for all  areas in the municipality of Sbeitla, the estimated total cost of basic infrastructure needs in investment  is equal to 16 732 451 TD divided as follows:

– the estimated cost of the needs in terms of investment in roads is equal to 5 814 505 TD

– the estimated cost of the needs in terms of investment in pavement is equal to 2 765 364 TD

– the estimated cost of investment needs in rainwater management system  is equal to 6 630 000 TD

– the estimated cost of the needs in terms of investment in public lighting is equal to 1085 820 TD

– the estimated cost of the needs in terms of investment in embellishment is equal to 265 762  TD

– the estimated cost of the needs in terms of cultural investment is equal to 71 000 TD

– the estimated cost of the needs in terms of sports investment is equal to 100 000 TD

The table also allows to present the results by zone (the municipality of Sbeitla was split in to 03 zones for the diagnosis).

 

Communication campaign of the Participatory Budgeting in Ettadhamen

During the months of July and August 2016, the Associative Action supported the local facilitators and members of local CSOs in Ettadhamen to implement the communication and awareness campaign, related to the invitation of the citizens to participate in the citizen forums of the Participatory Budgeting process.

Diverse communication tools were used in this campaign, such as : flyers (mailing, direct dialogue, door to door), posters, banners, mobile booths, radio ads, loud speaker car service, social media, press release and digital animation.
